Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-show appointments may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or have their service modified based on the remaining appointment time. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit or prepayment for future appointments.
